Documentation is the core importance for any artist, designer, technologist, or creative. These days, creatives host their documentation online through WordPress sites, Behance portfolios, and Facebook photo albums. But what permanence exists with online content? As the Internet continues to evolve, it becomes a challenge to ensure that pages and content are properly preserved, not to mention the relationship between content and their creators.
Workshop
Greg Leuch and Jiashan Wu will show examples of documentation, online preservation, and presentation of web art and content through MiHi and other works. The workshop will start from introduction, presentation and discussion to an exercise in collaborative documentation and presentation.
